What's on Your Wall Wednesday

In my hallway on our main floor I keep my kids Sr. Pictures, with their wedding photos. First our Son and his wife Carla, they were married on a ship out on Lake Superior in July of 2006. I will blog about it sometime but for now here’s the photo:
Next is Angie, our oldest daughter. She was married in 1996 and has been divorced for quite 10 years. Here are her Sr. Pix and her wedding photo with her Dad.Last, not least, is our youngest – Emilie. She and Curtis were married in November of 2003. Her Sr. Pix are below and her photo with her Dad.
Across from the Sr. Pictures are their 1 year photos and a pair of their baby shoes that are bronzed. The photos are below – but don’t look too close, the dust really showed up well!
I have more photos on my walls than I do anything else. I guess that stands to reason since I own a photography studio. When I see some of those beautiful paintings or prints of gardens, homes, etc., my mind always wonders if I could take a photo that would look like that IF I could find the right garden/house.
I hope you all have a wonderful WOMWW, enjoying the weather or whatever else pleases you! Join us over at http://gritsglamour.blogspot.com/ for the rest of the story!

  1. Sandi, I think grouping pictures of two special occasions together for each child is a good idea. I wish I had kept the gray/white pair of my son's saddle oxfords when he was a year and a half ~ baby shoes are still a popular item with which to decorate. I think my mom still has a bronzed pair of my shoes buried somewhere in a box! Sue

  3. What lovely family pictures. I just love family pictures...the more the merrier. I have them all over my home, and each time I look at them I feel happy inside...I guess that's why I have them everywhere!
