I use 12" tortilla's, 1-2 boxes of softened creme cheese, chopped green onions, slivered dried beef.
Mix the creme cheese and green onions, spread on tortilla's. Cover with slices of dried beef, roll, and using waxed paper, roll again. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice with sharp knife in 1" chunks, layer in a plastic container and separate wax paper. Cover and refrigerate.
Thanks to the Gollum's for hosting today and enjoy!

This would be a good tailgate recipe. Sounds easy and good!
ReplyDeleteLucky you getting to visit Nell Hills!! I would so love to be able to see and touch all those lovelies though I am sure it is way over my price range(which is thrift or nothing!)-

This looks to be nice party food too!
ReplyDeleteSo easy! Have to say I just noticed the flag pic. My sister and I have boys the same age. We used to vacation in Destin, FL each year and the kids, the sand, the ocean, the boy antics made us nuts. (Okay, now I miss it all!) Anyway, we promised each other that when they were older we were going to the beach, big hat, RED lipstick with drink in hand and pay them back! That's us in the pic. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderfully easy finger food! This is a great picnic or tailgate treat. Thanks. I hope you are having a great day.
ReplyDeleteWe do this too, sometimes just cream cheese and garlic, sometimes with thinly sliced ham. So many combinations. They always go quickly.
ReplyDeleteI love easy and delicious!
