Tabletop Tuesday

Well, you probably are SO sick of me talking about my trip to Atchison, Kansas to Mary Carol Garrity's home last fall, but I had to show a few of the things she had in her "courtyard" area. Now here in my part of Kansas, we don't have Courtyards. We have back yards, and sometimes, PASTURES! Ha!
All kidding aside, she was preparing for her Mother's birthday party and had things spruced up quite a bit. I have a feeling, after seeing her home, that it looks good all the time - birthday party or not. Anyway! below is some of the vignettes I photographed. ENJOY!
A very simple basket full of gourds - with vines still attached.

Pumpkins elevated to new heights to show off their beauty!

She explained that these vases would be removed and the table would be used for a dessert buffet during the evening.

This is the front side of the beverage table. I know, it's Spring and we are all anxious to see GREEN, but I thought this 3' tall jug was SO awesome, with the dried leaves and vines in it.

These are the fluted glasses set out for the event.

Thanks for joining me as I join the Tabletop Tuesday event going on at at:
