Help! My blog won't let me post photos

Can anyone help me? I can't post photos, I can't leave comments, I'm SO ready to get back
on the blog wagon again and I can't get it to cooperate. I updated to Google whatever because it said that I had to - but that didn't help! Send me a blog expert please!!!! Sandi

    Oh no!! I had trouble posting pictures once but it was when I was using internet explorer. I switched to google chrome, and that helped that time. If you're already on Google chrome, that can't be it.
